Venezuela's interim president Delcy Rodriguez named a new foreign minister, nearly three weeks after devastating earthquakes that left more than 4,500 people dead and flattened entire neighborhoods.
Writing on Telegram, Rodriguez said she had made Venezuela's head of mission in the United States, Felix Plasencia, her country's new top diplomat, replacing Yvan Gil, in the job since 2023.
