Ukraine on Thursday denied Russian accusations that it had killed the chief engineer of Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, a facility that Moscow has occupied since invading in 2022.
Kyiv "rejects the baseless accusations of the Russian Federation regarding Ukraine's alleged involvement in the death of a person as a result of a drone strike near the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant," Ukraine's foreign ministry said.
