أعلنت شركة الإمارات العالمية للألمنيوم انضمام أكثر من 188 موظفة إليها خلال عام، بينهن 79 مواطنة إماراتية، بحسب ما أفادت وكالة أنباء الإمارات "وام".
وتضم الشركة حاليا 833 امرأة في الإمارات بينهن 462 مواطنة، وتشكل المواطنات الإماراتيات أكثر من 44% من إجمالي النساء العاملات في الوظائف التشغيلية، وفق "وام".
ونقلت "وام" عن الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة الإمارات العالمية للألمنيوم عبد الناصر بن كلبان قوله إن "طموح الشركة لا يقتصر على زيادة مشاركة النساء فحسب، بل يمتد إلى توفير الدعم وفرص التطور والتقدم المهني، وتهيئة بيئة عمل تمكن من تحقيق طموحاتهن".
