حضت سلطات خيرسون سكان المدينة الواقعة في جنوب أوكرانيا الخميس، على مغادرتها بسبب تصاعد الهجمات الروسية التي تنطوي على خطر انقطاع إمدادات الكهرباء والتدفئة لفترة طويلة.
وكتب حاكم المنطقة أولكسندر بروكودين على تلغرام "أتوجه مجددا إلى سكان خيرسون، ولا سيما العائلات التي لديها أطفال وكبار السن: إذا كان لديكم الإمكان... الرجاء المغادرة".
