يظهر مقطع فيديو التقط بكاميرات للمراقبة مبنى ضخم متعدد الطبقات وأشخاصاً يحاولون الفرار، قبل أن تبتلعهم فجأة سيول عارمة إثر الفيضانات المدمرة التي ضربت الأربعاء منطقة حدودية بين النيبال والصين. وقد ارتفعت حصيلة قتلى الفيضانات إلى 270 على الأقل، بحسب ما أعلنت الشرطة النيبالية الخميس.
