Protection des enfants: le Brésil réclame en justice 80 millions d'euros à Discord pour dommage moral
Le gouvernement brésilien a annoncé mercredi avoir saisi la justice pour obtenir la condamnation de Discord au paiement d'environ 80 millions d'euros pour "dommage moral collectif", estimant défaillante la protection des mineurs sur la plateforme.
"La plateforme continue de présenter des défaillances dans les mécanismes de vérification de l'âge et de protection des utilisateurs contre des risques graves", a dit le gouvernement dans un communiqué, citant la mort d'une adolescente de 13 ans en juillet.
