وقّعت فرنسا والسعودية الاثنين، مذكرة تفاهم لاستثمار سعودي بقيمة سبعة مليارات دولار (ستة مليارات يورو) لإنشاء ثلاث مدن ملاه قرب باريس، بينها مدينة يُرجّح أن تكون مستوحاة من عالم المانغا، بحسب ما أعلن قصر الإليزيه.
وأفادت الرئاسة الفرنسية بأن الاتفاق في شأن هذا المشروع الضخم وُقّع خلال زيارة ولي العهد السعودي الأمير محمد بن سلمان لفرنسا والتي تستمر يومين.
