اعتبرت المحكمة الجنائية الدولية الثلاثاء أن العقوبات الجديدة التي فرضتها الولايات المتحدة على رئيستها وقاضِ كبير آخر، تشكّل "تقويضا لسيادة القانون".
وأضافت المحكمة في بيان "عندما يُهدَّد الفاعلون القضائيون بسبب تطبيقهم للقانون، فإن النظام القانوني الدولي نفسه يُوضَع في دائرة الخطر".
