رفض رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتانياهو الأحد الخطة التي قدمتها الولايات المتحدة بشأن غزة ووافقت عليها حماس، متعهدا عدم القيام بأي انسحاب من القطاع المحاصر دون نزع "حقيقي" لسلاح الحركة الفلسطينية.
وقال نتانياهو خلال اجتماع لمجلس الوزراء "إسرائيل ترفض الوثيقة المؤلفة من 15 نقطة. ولن ينفّذ الجيش الإسرائيلي أي انسحاب حتى يتم نزع سلاح حماس بشكل حقيقي، وسيواصل (الجيش الإسرائيلي) إحباط التهديدات التي تستهدف قواتنا ومواطنينا".
