Synchronschwimmerin Klara Bleyer hat mit ihrer Duett-Partnerin Maria Denisov bei der EM das Finale in der Freien Kür erreicht. Das Duo belegte zum Auftakt der Wettkämpfe in Paris am Freitagmorgen mit 273,9076 Punkten den sechsten Platz im Vorkampf und zog damit in das Finale der besten zwölf Paare am Samstag (18.00 Uhr) ein.
Am Freitagabend (18.00 Uhr) starten Bleyer und Denisov, die erst im Laufe der Saison ein festes Duett bildeten, noch im Finale der Technischen Kür. Die 22 Jahre alte Bleyer tritt im Centre Aquatique Olympique am Stade de France noch in den Solo-Wettbewerben an, in der Freien Kür geht sie als Titelverteidigerin ins Becken.
