Bulgarie: À 90 ans, un médecin rural toujours au chevet de ses patients, faute de remplaçants
Sans montrer le moindre signe d'essoufflement malgré son âge avancé, le docteur Kiril Apostolov gravit la rue escarpée du village de Skrat, dans le sud-ouest de la Bulgarie, sa sacoche médicale en cuir à la main. Le médecin a fêté ses 90 ans en mai, mais continue presque chaque jour d'emprunter ce chemin pour examiner ses patients âgés ou à mobilité réduite.
