L'ELN, la plus ancienne guérilla des Amériques, a enlevé 39 personnes dans la nord-est de la Colombie, dont un mineur, a annoncé mardi l'armée colombienne.
"Nous exigeons que l'ELN (...) libère immédiatement et sans conditions les personnes enlevées, a-t-elle affirmé sur X. L'enlèvement a eu lieu dans la région reculée de Choco, où l'ELN est très présente et se finance avec le trafic de drogue et l'exploitation illégale de mines.
