Beim Kentern eines Touristenboots in Vietnam sind mindestens 15 Menschen ums Leben gekommen. Das Schnellboot mit indischen Urlaubern an Bord verunglückte am Samstag vor der Küste der Insel Phu Quoc, wie staatliche vietnamesische Medien berichteten. Insgesamt hätten sich 32 Touristen und vier Besatzungsmitglieder in dem Boot befunden, meldete das Portal "VnExpress". 21 Menschen hätten aus dem Meer gerettet werden können.
Die wegen ihrer Sandstrände bei Urlaubern beliebte Insel Phu Quoc liegt im Süden Vietnams im Golf von Thailand.
