L'Australie a conclu un accord avec l'Inde visant à lui expédier de l'uranium à des fins "exclusivement pacifiques", selon un communiqué commun diffusé jeudi, après une rencontre entre le Premier ministre Anthony Albanese et son homologue indien Narendra Modi.
"Cette disposition facilite les exportations d'uranium australien vers l'Inde afin de l'aider à accroître la part des capacités énergétiques issues de sources non fossiles", a déclaré le chef du gouvernement australien à des journalistes après leur entretien.
