La liaison ferroviaire entre Téhéran et Machhad a été suspendue après les frappes américaines, a rapporté la télévision d'Etat iranienne jeudi, quelques heures avant l'inhumation du guide suprême Ali Khamenei dans cette ville du nord-est de l'Iran.
Les Chemins de fer de la République islamique ont imputé cette interruption à "une attaque criminelle de l'ennemi américano-israélien" contre la ligne et indiqué avoir dépêché des équipes pour réparer les dégâts, selon la télévision d'Etat, qui a ajouté que des transports routiers étaient organisés pour les passagers bloqués.
