Le mois de juin 2026 a été le plus chaud enregistré en Europe occidentale dans l'histoire, a dévoilé jeudi l'observatoire climatique de l'UE Copernicus, à l'heure où une nouvelle vague de chaleur s'est installée sur le continent.
La température moyenne en Europe occidentale a atteint 20,74°C en juin, soit plus de 3°C au-dessus de la norme de la période 1991-2020, a détaillé Copernicus dans un rapport mensuel, battant le précédent record de la région, établi en juin 2025.
