Naufrage du sous-marin argentin San Juan en 2017 : l'accusé principal, un officier de haut rang, condamné
L'ancien commandant de la Marine argentine, Claudio Villamide, principal accusé du naufrage du sous-marin San Juan en 2017 qui avait tué 44 membres d'équipage, a été condamné mercredi à trois ans de prison, a appris l'AFP.
Le tribunal fédéral de la province de Santa Cruz (sud) l'a reconnu coupable de "destruction involontaire aggravée et de manquement aux devoirs d'un fonctionnaire public", tandis que trois autres officiers de haut-rang de la Marine, également poursuivis, ont été acquittés.
