Konstantinos Karetsas ist bei Borussia Dortmund nach seinen Kreislaufproblemen wieder ins Mannschaftstraining eingestiegen. Der Grieche absolvierte am Mittwoch die Einheit mit dem Team, seit Wochenbeginn hatte er individuell trainiert. Dies teilte der BVB am Mittwoch mit, Karetsas könnte somit am Samstag (18.30 Uhr/Sky) beim Bundesligaspiel beim VfB Stuttgart wieder zum Dortmunder Kader gehören.
Karetsas war beim 3:2 gegen den FC Villarreal in der Champions League am 8. September aufgrund von Kreislaufproblemen ausgewechselt worden. Der Offensivspieler musste anschließend ins Krankenhaus, er wurde umfangreich untersucht. Dabei sei nichts Auffälliges festgestellt worden.
"Jetzt folgte ein wichtiger Schritt auf dem Weg zum Comeback", hieß es in der Mitteilung des BVB. Der 18-Jährige hatte das 3:0 in der Liga gegen den SC Paderborn bereits im Stadion verfolgt.
