To capture this celebration, Agence France-Press (AFP) & Special Olympics International (SOI) will assign AFP photographers to cover a collection of Light Up landmarks at specified local times on July 20th. The images will be collated in a central point and issued as one offering.

NEXT STEPS & HOW IT WILL WORK

  • July 20th – AFP photographers capture images as agreed upon
  • Photographs will be put in a shared Dropbox folder where AFP editors and Special Olympic staff will be able to pull content
  • AFP editors will select 10 captioned images from each of the captured locations to put on AFP Forum (please see definition on point #4)
